I confess, I have succumbed to prepare some cookies with butter ... I prefer to prepare the cakes and cookies with oil, but ... if one of its main ingredients is oatmeal ... for that, I succumb.
Ingredients: Oats: 3 cups. Butter: 200 gr. (At room temperature) brown sugar 1 cup. White sugar: 1/2 cup. eggs 2 vanilla del monte juice extract 1 tsp. Cocoa: 1/3 cup. baking powder 1/2 tsp. Salt: 1/2 tsp. goloseo: raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, etc (to taste each)
Process: Put butter in a bowl with the two types of sugar and vanilla, beat with rods until creamy. At this point add an egg, beat again to integrate del monte juice and repeat the same operation with the other egg.
