This recipe may not be completely out of the mold of "I know what I eat", nabisco oreos but I adapted it to his friend, who unfortunately has celiac disease. That's why I jumped into a healthy diet and bought ready-made gluten-free cake mixture from which I created Easter muffins. Well, Easter nabisco oreos is nothing on them except for decoration, but I wanted to blog to go with the current season and to be honest - nothing could compensate for the Easter table Lamb of sponge dough well there :)
As far as the mix - it's the sugar, baking nabisco oreos powder and everything, so production is the easiest dough you can not create :) What do we need? For the dough: (12 muffins) 400 g cake mixture to 400 grams (about a little over half) the pineapple topping: 150 g nonfat cottage cheese 1/2 tablespoons cocoa 1/2 tablespoons honey 5 tablespoons pineapple coconut to sprinkle
Procedure: nabisco oreos Clean the pineapple, cut into small pieces and mix it lightly. nabisco oreos (The hand blender is better not to use, make it into porridge for us are desirable tiny pieces). Once we have crushed pineapple, a couple of tablespoons a sock party (later we will use the frosting) and mix with the rest of the cake mixtures - that we created a test that will fill muffinové cups. We'll bake for about 45min. to 180C. Crushed pineapple with cake mix after removing from the oven and let the muffins cool in the meantime you umícháme nabisco oreos frosting. This means that the cheese mix, cocoa, honey and pineapple - that which we previously předchystali (squeeze the juice from it). This layer the frosting on the cooled muffins, sprinkle nabisco oreos with coconut, we still hang for a while in the fridge and serve :) It would cocoa there was not even necessary, but I like contrasts, and it seemed nice to have a coconut on a dark background.
Nutritional Values: 1 muffin toppings including Energy value: 106kcal Protein: 3.6 g Carbohydrates: 23.5 g Fat: 0.2 g I can also tell you that I'm going recipe for those that already blown eggs and they are running out of ideas what to do for them dishes :) Finally the question: What good you are cooking for Easter?
