Hey girls! It is clear to me that all shopping at Plum in the newly opened shop (and I have sinned), but beauty is to me the same day as the basis for a proper breakfast, so .. : D Today I have for you granola bars, which I baked the mountains for my friend who may not gluten, yeast, baking powder, lactose, no fat, and no meat. It was rather a challenge to bake something that would meet these demanding conditions, but in the end, perhaps as a binder zadařilo :) I used unconventionally baby food, which eventually proved successful and dried raspberries I got in Polish olive harvesters Benedictine olive harvesters monastery in Brno, I unfortunately did not see : (Anyway, instead you must use dried strawberries (or other fruit), which are commonly sold at us.
What do we need? (In a small baking dish, measuring 20x20cm) 2 cups corn flakes 1.5 cup buckwheat flakes (to fetch in Alberta) 1 cup dried raspberries half (95 grams) raspberry children's snacks, melted 1 tablespoon honey
Procedure: If you are selected raspberries or other dried fruit too large, simply a little chop to the bars were huge pieces. Then you have no choice but to snack mix in a bowl with honey and gradually add flakes, chips, and finally stirred and raspberries.
We'll bake at 170 C for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool and then cut into the desired size muesli bars (I had a pretty low so I came out 10 bits). Ideal to serve with yogurt snacks :)
Otherwise, as far as my "mountain" diet, all I'm pretty respected, that every day she went to the mountains and even came about Kilca lighter. I give you the "top" photo of Śnieżnik, the weather really olive harvesters was nice! :)

Adela, whenever you're in a cookbook whether olive harvesters to use one cup, so it's a classic feel to the 250 ml :) Anyway, even if you did it by eye - the only important thing is that each lamella or flake wore layer of the "wet mix "and thus drying out during baking. So eventually. then add a spoonful of food that even if you do not seem too dry, certainly nothing harm done :) Delete olive harvesters
